Does Sayelle need an internet connection?
Core speech and AI processing can work offline after the required models and content are downloaded. Sign-in, purchases, ads, syncing, and content updates still need a connection.
The model download is stuck. What do I do?
Use a stable connection and keep several gigabytes free: the main tutor model is about 3.1 GB, with additional speech files and working space required. Reopen the app and check Profile → AI models to retry or inspect the download.
Sayelle isn't hearing me correctly.
Check Sayelle's microphone permission in iPhone Settings, speak clearly, and try a quieter room. If it continues, send us the device and iOS version through the form.
Which languages can I practise?
English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Hindi, and Japanese are currently supported.
