Sayelle is currently free to download, with all purchases (if any) processed exclusively through Apple's App Store — we don't sell subscriptions or extras directly on the web.
Any in-app purchase is billed to your Apple ID and governed by Apple's own payment terms. To request a refund, use Apple's standard "Report a Problem" refund request process through your Apple ID purchase history.
