Billing & Refunds

When publicly available, Sayelle will be free to download and use. Sayelle Plus is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription that provides unlimited hearts, unlocks Plus lessons and scenarios, and removes ads. Purchases are processed by the store through which you subscribe—Apple's App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android when the Android version becomes available. We don't sell subscriptions or extras directly on the web.

The store purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm. Unless that screen expressly shows an offer, no free trial applies. Sayelle Plus is billed to the Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase and renews automatically until cancelled.

Manage, cancel, or request a refund

Manage or cancel an iPhone subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, and request an eligible refund through Apple's standard refund process. For a subscription purchased on Android, use Google Play's Subscriptions page to manage or cancel it and Google Play's refund process where available. The in-app Manage Subscription control will open the applicable store's management route.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not delete your Sayelle account. Deleting your Sayelle account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to the store's terms and applicable law.
